Conducted qualitative research in a higher education context under academic supervision. Designed and carried out semi-structured interviews with university students, completed thematic analysis using NVivo, and contributed to literature review, participant coordination, and research reporting.

  • Wrote parameterized PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, and multi-source data cleaning across multiple tables.
  • Built Tableau and Excel dashboards and developed standardized reporting templates for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
